Ben SeidelPresident and CEO
Ben Seidel brings over 30 years of hotel & conference center experience to outdoor hospitality at Camp Anytime. After taking Real Hospitality Group to the top 15 of U.S. hotel management companies in under six years, he now looks to inspire travelers to experience the outdoors in ways previously unimagined.
Mr. Seidel has taught hospitality marketing and accounting management at the Central Connecticut State University’s school of hospitality, and is a current participant in the development of the School of Hospitality Management at the West Virginia University in Morgantown. He served as chapter treasurer for the Professional Convention Management Association and is a member of various hospitality boards and associations. He received his CHA, CHSP certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Educational Institute.
John ParkerChief Operating Officer
John Parker serves as Camp Anytime's Chief Operating Officer and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from an exemplary hospitality career. He was previously a Regional Vice President at one of the largest hospitality operating companies in the United States, managing owner relationships for high profile clients in his portfolio.
John executes an award-winning approach to his guest service scores and has been recognized by Marriott for excellence in his portfolio. John specializes in owner relations, profitability, and project improvement oversight. He brings to the company extensive analytical and management skills, providing expertise in directing multi-unit properties from 4-Diamond resorts to select service hotels.
His leadership creates a team process that is focused on the daily impact of guest service, generating revenue and managing the costs to create the highest return for the ownership. John attended University of North Carolina and was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree in Travel, Tourism and Commercial Recreation.
Dan BensonDirector of Revenue Management
Dan Benson serves as Camp Anytime’s Director of Revenue Management. In his role, he is charged with the setting of rates by site type, length of stay and daily pricing structures. Dan brings over twenty years of experience in the hospitality and RV Resort management business and has led teams for multiple leading hotel brands, including Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. His expertise in budget development and analysis combined with broad management expertise allows Dan to bring unique perspective and a vision for success to the role of revenue and profit management for the Camping and RV Resort industry. Mr. Benson is a proven senior leader with a track record for industry leading growth. Dan is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Dan JasinskiRegional Director - Operations
Dan brings more than 20 years of hospitality operations experience to Camp Anytime. Dan has previously served as General Manager for leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Choice and Hyatt. He has a proven track record in P&L management, revenue management, hotel sales and brand management. He also has experience in the corporate housing arena. Holding General Manager certifications and awards across all major brands, Dan has been recognized for his ability to greatly improve performance by increasing service levels, containing costs, and increasing revenues. Dan attended Frostburg State University and the University of Baltimore.
Joseph YiChief Investment Officer
Mr. Yi brings over 14 years of extensive real estate investment knowledge and experience spanning all major sectors. He is particularly adept in the acquisition, financing, and structuring of investments in hotels, office, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. Mr. Yi previously served as the Managing Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets, and prior to that, as Vice President, for two respective developers. The breadth of Mr. Yi’s expertise has developed through various leadership roles, in which he spearheaded over $5 billion worth of real estate investment transactions, including over $2 billion in the lodging sector. Mr. Yi’s extensive real estate finance background also includes EB-5 financing, which he has utilized in excess of $300 million in four development projects. As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Yi oversees all investments and major transactions for the Company, including partnership and structured debt, and he provides the same expertise to the Company’s clients. He will also participate on strategic growth initiatives and business development for the Company.
Mr. Yi received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University – State University of New York and his juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. He brings a comprehensive legal background, which includes several years of service as the General Counsel for a prominent New York-based real estate group. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, and has served on multiple boards for various business associations. Mr. Yi currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Asian Real Estate Association of America Manhattan Chapter, and is the founding member of its Commercial Division.
Robin LattinvilleRegional Director - Sales & Marketing
Robin comes to Camp Anytime with 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, Robin served as Director of Sales and Catering for a collection of five independent Mid-Atlantic oceanfront hotels and resorts. Widely recognized as a top performer with the ability to deliver double digit revenue increases, her in-depth knowledge of the resort market combined with a well-established client portfolio provide a competitive edge for driving top line revenue. Utilizing her detailed market expertise, Robin will oversee the cultivation of business from the Association, Corporate, SMERF, Government and Tour & Travel markets in her assigned portfolio. She utilizes her skillset to inspire and lead the team by setting clear objectives and implementing systems to measure and track their achievement, which has earned her awards of excellence as a National Sales Trainer. Having owned and operated her own business, she clearly understands the importance of synergy between sales and operations. Her brand experience with Starwood, Loews and Choice hotels have made her proficient in developing sales strategies that produce increased RGI results. Robin attended West Virginia University and has her CID from Sheffield School of Interior Design in New York.
Alma SeidelCorporate Director - Human Resources
With over 30 years background in Human Resource Performance, Client Service Management, and Support and Delivery Systems, Alma serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. In this role, Alma is responsible for the acquisition, oversight, and delivery of all personnel related programs including talent acquisition and associate onboarding, compensation and benefits, associate relations and reward systems, leadership development, and learning management and training systems.
Alma previously served as National Client Service Manager for a global technology company with associates and operations in 4 countries. Her career history and accomplishments include overseeing multi-national client support operations, global enterprise order and delivery systems integration, global website implementation and communication plans, and project management in office re-layout and design.
Alma holds a dual B.A. in Human Resources Performance and Organizational Dynamics, and an M.A. in Organization Leadership and Effectiveness. She is active in education and has volunteered as a visiting business expert in classrooms for instructors at universities, as an instructor at the local community college in the workforce development curriculum, and as a high-school substitute teacher.
Michael ZayasRegional Director of Sales and Marketing
Michael Zayas brings a digital focus to Camp Anytime after five successful years working on ecommerce and marketing initiatives at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Real Hospitality Group. Developing the independent hospitality experience through digital channels, social media, and partnership platforms is Michael's priority and passion. Michael’s notable experience at legendary New York City boutique hotels such as The Soho Grand, Tribeca Grand (now The Roxy Hotel), and W New York – Times Square have provided the relevant expertise for this endeavor. Michael is currently the co-chair of the Hospitality Committee for the Queens Chamber of Commerce, a committee member of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce’s LGBT Business Committee, and a Hotel Committee of NYC & Co, New York City's travel and tourism bureau. Michael also volunteers his time to share his industry experiences as a part of Long Island City High School's Hospitality & Culinary Academy in NYC.
